Max Calorie Assault Bike or rower
Every 10 Mins - 100 Meter Sandbag Run - 45/25 Rx or Med ball carry 20/14
Start off with a 100 Meter Sandbag Run. Then every 10 Mins get off the bike/rower and do a 100 Meter Sandbag Run. End the 40 Mins on Assault Bike/rower. Do not do the last Run at 40:00
