So, 1 bar for floor press and power cleans. 1 bar for deadlifts. Each team mate simultaneously rotates throughout the movements and rep schemes. So #1 has to finish all 10 reps before #2 goes. The faster athlete should go first.
For instance, when all three team mates have done the 10 floor presses, they can then move on to the 10 deadlifts and so on.
"Linda" is normally an individual wod with body weight bench press, 1 1/4 body weight deadlift and 3/4 bodyweight full cleans and the same rep scheme.
