Every 10 Mins - 100 Meter Sandbag Run - Start off with a 100 Meter Sandbag Run. Then every 10 Mins jump off the Bike and do a 100 Meter Sandbag Run. End the 40 Mins on Assault Bike. Do not do another Run at 40:00.
