Part A - Time at 500 Meters
Part B - Time at 1000 Meters
Part C - Time at 6000 Meters
Part D - Time at 12000 Meters
Notes: I should be able to write your times down for you at the required intervals. No, you don't get to stop and get up and go write your splits down. There is an hour time cap on this. Try to arrive early. Not much warmup needed other than overall movement and getting the blood flowing.
