*every second over 12 mins - do 1 Burpee after the WOD so scale properly. See if ego plays into this one. Will you go conservative because you’re scared of a few burpees? Or will you attempt it RX+ or RX and take your chances? If you need to only use a bare barbell or PVC pipe to do it in under 12 minutes...do it.
