100 Wall Balls 20/14
*One partner at a time does 400 Meter Relay Race and must tag next partner upon return. Once all 3 Partners have run, they go to Wall Ball Station to complete 100 Wall Balls. Break up as needed.
**Anyone needing to scale the run can do a 450 M row
