Partner 1 starts on Station #1 doing as many Rounds and Reps as possible while Partner 2 sets the pace completing a 500 Meter Row on Station #2. Once the 500 Meter Row is completed Partner 2 will switch stations with Partner 1 and take over exactly where they left off.
