COSTS, TRAINING & CLASS SCHEDULE
Costs and Training Schedule
The price for a month of training at CrossFit Hot Springs is $100. Yes...$100 is probably more per month than any gym you're used to in this area. Just keep in mind though that this is not a normal gym that you're used to and you can't get personal training for that price anywhere...much less the type of training you'll get at CrossFit Hot Springs. Know that you are going to be educated...not just trained.
Individual: $100 per month
Couple: $180 per month
Full Time Student: $85 per month
Fire, Military, Police and First Responder: $90 per month
At our initial meeting we'll discuss what time is viable each day for you to train. Further, depending upon your fitness level, knowledge/capabilities...we'll need one on one time with you to teach you the fundamentals and get you acclimated to the type of training you'll be doing. You'll be doing things you've likely never attempted before or were even aware of. "We deliver a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing..."Be certain to go back and click on the link "What is CrossFit" on my main page to see a more in depth explanation.
I'll be 100% committed to helping you achieve your goals. You have to do the same though and not just when you're in a class. Being committed also means making a commitment to fueling your body properly. It is nearly impossible to out train a bad diet. Even then, you would only be able to go so far without improving your diet. Come give it a try for one month...you can always go back to your old routine if you decide it isn't for you.
