Task #3: 150 Calorie Assault Bike - 1 Partner Performs, 1 Partner Holds Barbell over Head - 95/65
Task #4: 150 DU's - Each Partner does 25 then rotates or 50 Singles
Task #5: 800 Meter Run - Together
*If you're not good at KB Snatches, you may DB snatch instead

Task #3: 150 Calorie Assault Bike - #1 Performs, #2 Hand Stand Hold #3 Rest
Task #4: 300 Double Unders - Rotate through, each partner does 50 Unbroken at a time (if possible)
Task #5: 1 Mile Run - Together
