Partner Workout
7K Row
While Partner #1 is Rowing
Partner #2 must hold a loaded Barbell 135/95
Anytime the barbell is put down the other Partner must stop rowing
Switch Partners at will
Barbell can be held overhead, front rack, at hip. Can NOT be resting on your thighs or in back squat position...IE...you can't squat and let it sit on your thighs.

*If you and your partner are up for it...here is a different version of the above WOD.

Partner #2 Max Hang Power Cleans - P 155/105, A 135/95, H 95/65
Anytime the barbell is put down the other partner must stop rowing.
Switch Partners at will.

Score = Time subtract total Cleans (1 clean = 1 second) 
Lowest score wins.
**I would urge most anyone to do this wod with 135/95 or 95/65.  It's going to get tough pretty quickly.  Also unlike version one above...YOU MAY squat down and let the bar rest on your thighs or crease in hips.  How will you strategize?

One class tomorrow at 7 AM.  A number of people are either competing or going to watch/cheer at the Reindeer Games at CF Little Rock.  It starts at 9 AM.  Dane will be locking up and leaving promptly at 8 AM so that he can get to CF Little Rock by 9 AM

Alternating KB Snatch 53/35*

Score is how many KB Snatch completed within time frame (3 Minutes).
Rest 3 mins then complete cycle for a total of 5 rounds

*If you are not proficient at KB Snatch do 1 Arm KB Swings

    Hello my name is Jay Lawson, founder of CrossFit Hot Springs.  I've been following CrossFit methodologies (strength and conditioning) for over 15 years now and a certified Level 1 CrossFit Trainer since March of 2010 and a Level 2 CrossFit Trainer since July, 2016. I also hold CrossFit certifications  for Olympic Lifting, Endurance and Gymnastics.  As well, I'm a USAW Level 1 Sport Performance Coach.  I've been fitness minded since a very young age.  Nothing I've done before CrossFit was even remotely as challenging, rewarding or more exhilarating.
