Take 20 Minutes to develop a solid, challenging 1 Rep Snatch. Power or Full Squat is acceptable depending on your level and mobility. Newer athletes, I'm not concerned with you maxing...I want you to focus on form not load.

P 95/65, A 75/55, H 53/35 (Kettlebell Swings)
Min 1 - 1 Power Snatch + Run 100 Meters
Min 2 - 2 Power Snatch + Run 100 Meters
Min 3 - 3 Power Snatch + Run 100 Meters
and so on and so forth
Min 14 - 14 Power Snatch + Run 100 Meters
Min 15 - 15 Power Snatch + Run 100 Meters
*If you do not get back from the run within the 1 min time frame or even the finish the cleans...take the next round (minute) to finish that round and then pick up again at the start of the next minute.
Dress appropriately...you won't be outside for long but the doors will likely be open the entire time during the WOD to allow for people sprinting in and out.
