1 Partner on each Station. Break up as you wish. Burpees and Power Cleans are AMRAP while Row is for time or total meters if you don't get under the 30 Min Time Cap!
Score = Total Burpees + Total Cleans + Total Meters. If you get under 30 Min Cap you get a bonus of 1 point per second under.
