Min 1: 6-8 Single Leg RDL
Min 2: 6-8 One Arm Overhead Lunges *As many of you know, even just using a light weight is gonna work your legs on the single leg rdl's. Use a weight in both hands if you can. Weight in only one hand will be fine also. You can use the same load on the lunges. --- WOD: For Time 120 Goblet Squats (Use a KB, DB or any jug of whatever liquid) *3 burpees every minute until finished.
