Run 300 Meters L1, Run 400 M L2 & L3
Max Wall Ball - 14/10 L1, 20/14 L2, 30/20 L3
Rest 2 Mins between Rounds
Notes: We've done this WOD any number of times. If you can't run 400 in 2 minutes or less, you need to only run 300 meters. I want everyone to have at least a minute to do WB's.
