Please be ON TIME for classes. You will have until 15 after to warm up and do mobility. The clock will countdown again for the 15 minutes of skill work. At the halfway point of each hour...the WOD will begin. Don't be late. Many of you will be tangling with "Cindy" for possibly the 3rd time. For some this will of course be your first.
