95/65 pound Ground to overhead, 10 reps
200 yard Shuttle sprint, 50 yards there and back twice

This is a pretty quick one everybody. Odds are, everyone will finish in less than 10 minutes. We will move some of the floor mats outside to do it. I suggest coming to the morning classes if you are able. It is a bit warm these days.
**Keep in mind..."Ground to overhead" means any way...any how...that you can take the bar from the ground and get it over head.**
