We last did a full 20 Minute Cindy on 04/09/2013. More recently on 07/9/13 we did a 10 Round "Cindy." Look back in your notes...see what you did on those dates to get an idea of what you should be able to do tomorrow.
Great work today on your lifts everyone. Many of you put up some really big numbers/PR's. I'll start posting some video clips tomorrow. A few of you did on only a couple of the lifts. It happens. Myself, after 2 months of poor sleeping patterns, horrendous eating habits and all too many missed workouts...my back squat was terrible but my strict press and deadlift miraculously stayed the same as the last time we Maxed. Why they latter two didn't drop like the back squat I have no idea. Sometimes there's no way to pinpoint it. One thing to keep in mind though is that this time we maxed via CrossFit Total which is like having a mock meet. You only get so much time and so many lifts. The last time we maxed, each of the three lifts was done on a different day. Thus you were fresh.
