Handstand Hold on Parallettes or handstand hold without parallettes if not accomplished yet at handstand holds. A number of you this period will simply be learning how to get into a handstand hold against the wall.
WOD: 7 Min AMRAP
7 Push Press or Jerks 115/75 (Shoulder to Overhead) No Rack!
7 Bar Facing Burpees
then 7 Minute Rest followed by
4 Minute AMRAP
Depending upon what time some climbing ropes come in tomorrow that I ordered, we'll have 2 more ropes. Some of you are as of yet not capable of rope climbs. We'll have a substitution for you.
