Saturdays WOD will be either run a 5K or 3...one mile repeats with 5 minutes rest between. If doing the repeats...this isn't a slow jog...you're going to get to rest before the next one so push it. I highly suggest that you meet with someone else from the gym at one of the local tracks to do it or you know you'll put it off and eventually come up with an excuse to not do it. Further...if you do it by yourself...you likely won't push yourself. Ehhhhh...I don't want to hear the tired old excuse of "running in circles is boring." It's the only way a group can run together without leaving people behind. None of you are going to run the same pace. If you do run the same pace as your slower friend, you're wasting your time. Furthermore, unless you're regular runner to begin with...you need to know what your pace is for a 400, 800 and mile. If you do ever decide to run a 5 K or 10 K...knowing what pace you can keep will help you tremendously. The Spa City 5 and 10 K will be coming up in mid November. I hope many of you will attempt one or the other.
Sundays WOD will depend upon Landon's availability due to a family emergency.
Sorry for any inconvience this may cause anyone but it can't be helped.
