Watch the Youtube videos below when you get a chance. For those of you that don't pay attention other than to what you see in the gym, there are noticeable differences between even top lifters. Pay attention to at least the Jerk portion of the lifts below. Ilya and Chad have high elbows when they jerk. Kendrick you'll notice has pretty low elbows and even does a squat jerk instead of split jerking.
