Strength: 20 Minutes to find a 1 rep (heavy...you don't need to max) C & J or Snatch...depending upon what you did last Saturday.
Keep track of each and every lift...even warmup lifts. This will help later when and if you're competing and or just wod'ing. Guesswork can be paralyzing. Know what you can do...write it down.

15 Box jumps 24/20
