We are 2 Days away from being able to register for the CrossFit Open which of course begins in March. You might want to start jumping on that pull bar more and be more prepared to do Double Unders, Burpees, Box Jumps and maybe even Ring Muscle Ups or Bar Muscle Ups. The CF Open workouts are designed so ANYONE – ANYWHERE can participate. Since it's too difficult to put on video, there won't be any running in the OPEN WODS so count that out. Not everyone has a Rower so thats out. That leaves only one other Cardio Movement or Metabolic Movement. Yes, that's right Double Unders. Just prepping everyone to be prepared to do a lot of short intense lung burners. The time frames will be anywhere from 7 to roughly 20 minutes.
