Partner WOD: 3 Men / 3 Women
10 Vertical KB Swings 53/35
10 Pull Ups
10 Wall Balls 20/14
10 Burpee over Box 24/20
10 Power Snatch 95/65
This could be all men teams or all women really...while it's a team wod...it's also individual. 3 people on each team go first (if there aren't 6 person teams...it's ok)...and get through the reps/exercises as quickly as they can. They don't have to wait for partners to finish a station before moving on. Once the first three are done and the clock has reached the start of the next minute...the next group will go. Your rest time between rounds will be how long the group going takes to get through the reps/exercises. We'll go through this 4 times. Once you start...you shouldn't have to stop...the reps and loads are light enough to storm through. Beginners...yes...we will scale you back some so that you don't have to stop either. It's not an overly long workout...but you're gonna be smoked.
