10 second Quad Snatch Position
10 second Standing Overhead Position
10 second Overhead Squat Position (bottom of the squat)
Strength:
10 Mins to find a conservative 1 Rep Overhead Squat - be conservative not looking for PR's, just good solid technique. Focus on Position and Technique. Be sure Hips and Shoulders are prepped prior to hitting loaded bar. Like last year I expect to be seeing light weight OH Squats in the Open. And if the 1 Rep Max C&J in 15.1 was any indicator of things to come, there could easily be a 1 Rep Max OH Squat in one of the future Open Wods. Having an idea for a 1 Rep Max OH Squat will possibly help a great deal in future weeks.
