For the people that are signed up already for the OPEN...I'll will contact you all today to see when you are available tomorrow morning and or afternoon on Thursday the 7th to WOD. You don't have to do 13.1 that day, but a number of you will be running in the Adam Brown on Saturday and I'm sure you'll want to be fresh for one or the other. Further, know that not every day do you have to set a PR on a WOD. There's nothing wrong with leaving a little in the tank knowing you absolutely will be going all out the next day on something.
