Those of you entered/participating in the Open, if you'be been very regular in attendance...how lucky are we that the programming has included so many burpees and Olympic lifting over the past month or more? Next week...I would be ready for something along the lines of box jumps, double unders and pullups. Those of you getting close to having consistency with DU's...you've got another week.

75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
