***Go LIGHTER or skip workout and focus on mobility and /or light Cardio if you're doing 13.2 as a Competitor on Thursday. If a Competitor and doing 13.2 on Friday you can do tomorrows WOD. You'll be alright since you'll have a day off on Thursday between. If you're wanting some light or not so light cardio...you could do Tabata Rowing.
***Mainsite programming was deadlifts this past Sunday. It's doubtful that they would come up for 13.2 but you never know. Dave Castro and the word "fiendish" are pretty synonymous so...you never know what he's gonna throw at is. Any predictions? How about wallballs, toes to bar and du's?
