WOD: 5 Rounds - Each Round is a 3 Min AMRAP of
3 Burpees to 6" Target
Rest 1 Min between each round
Bonus: Pick a skill you're not yet accomplished at yet - Pistols, DU's, etc...take some time before you head out to work on one.
