Partner Workout:
1 Min on each of the following 8 stations like Fight Gone Bad - clock doesn't stop.
Partner 1 goes first as Partner 2 keeps track of reps. Then, once Partner 1 finishes there is a 2 minute transition time. Partner 2 then has to complete the same circuit as Partner 1 keeps track of the amount of reps.
Wall Balls 20/14
Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75/45
Push Press 75/45
Goblet Squat 53/35
Russian KB Swings 53/35
Box Jumps 24/20
Hand Release Push Ups
Double Unders or Single Jump Rope
Rest 2 Minutes then Switch Partners
(You and your partner may start at any station.)
Then...there will be a surprise at the end, once you've both finished the circuit.
