Partner 2: AMRAP
5 Push Ups
10 Wall Balls 20/14
Partner 3: Rest
Score = Total Reps + Meters Rowed
***Partner 1 Rows 250 Meters as fast as possible, once reaches distance moves to relieve Partner 2 – Partner 2 Completes AMRAP of 5 Push Ups – 10 Wall Balls, once relieved by Partner 1 – Partner 2 moves to rest where Partner 3 will rotate to Row etc……….
***If only 2 Partners or someone wishes to do this workout alone – change it to 1 min on each station.
