Skill/Olympic Lifting: 10 Round EMOM
Power Snatch from Floor + Hanging Full Snatch 50% of Heaviest Snatch
(For instance, my heaviest snatch is 160#'s...obviously I'll use 80#'s. Due to the light weight, this is about technique/speed...being patient off the floor and exploding once the bar is above the knees. For many of you that don't have a great OH Squat yet, this will be a great time to make it better.)
