100 Pull-ups
100 Kettlebell swings, 24kg
100 Double-unders
95 pound Overhead squat, 100 reps
Mens times last weekend were nearly 18 minutes to upper 20's at the various
regional sites. Womens times were nearly 19 minutes to almost 30. So, there will be scaling tomorrow for many of you. This will be challenging...I know all of you are up for it.
