335,385,395,415,425. I got Stopped in the middle of one of my lifts to get told that I was not supposed to slam my weights on the floor. I asked him what the purpose of the weight lifting platform I was using was for? haha

Well Lawrence, technically you're supposed to control the bar until it passes your knees when lowering it. Now if you're doing repeated lifts and not releasing it, then yes you can hit the ground but at the same time you're not supposed to bounce to your benefit. I'm assuming you're using steel plates over there so you're not receiving any benefit anyway and it's just loud. Steel plates will thus cause more wear and tear over time on the bar with big or a high number of drops.

They were just making the noise from repeated lifts the guy just did not like the noise. haha
