Strength: Back Squat - 3/60, 3/65, 3/70, 3/75, 3/80%
WOD: 10 Min AMRAP followed by 5 min rest....then repeat the 10 Min AMRAP STARTS @ 25 after the hour
5 Burpee over Box 24/20
10 Wall Ball 20/14
Optional Heavy Met Con
15 Min AMRAP
50 Meter Back Rack barbell carry*
100 Meter Run
