Run 20 Meters 5 Double Unders
Run 20 Meters - 10 Double Unders
Run 20 Meters - 15 Double Unders
Run 20 Meters - 20 Double Unders
etc.....
We will take mats outside to jump on. Otherwise...the pavement eats through the jumpropes pretty quickly. Come August...moving stuff around won't be a concern...we'll have plenty of room.
