Team WOD:
2 person teams - 5 rounds - rotate through following couplet:
Row 50-40-30-20-10 cals
Anyhow KB hold (2 Pood/ l.5 Pood)

Player 1 rows 50 cals, player 2 holds KB, switch until each player has rowed the requisite number of rounds/cals.
Each time KBs hit the floor before row is completed add 10 seconds to final WOD time.
For example: A 50 Cal row will take anywhere from 2 to 3 minutes...possibly 4 minutes for some athletes. Grip strength/endurance will be at a premium.
