WOD:
1 Round of "Chief" -
Max Reps and Rounds in 3 mins of
3 Power Cleans 135/95
6 Push Ups
9 Air Squats
Rest 1 min
Then with a 3 min running clock -
Run 400 Meters
Repeat this 3 times
Example
1 Round of "The Chief"
1 min rest
Then, if you for instance run 400 Meters in 2 mins - you still have 1 min on the clock to rest prior to repeating again. Some of you, we will shorten your run.
Repeat 3 times - Total of 18 Mins.
