Endurance - For time:
5 Rounds (you may opt to do 4 in the interest of time)
1000 Meter Row
rest 1:1 ratio (with the 1:1 rest ratio...this one will take me around 35 minutes...if sub 4 min rows)
Track Work -
6 Rounds of (you may opt to do only 5 rounds or less even)
100 Meter Sled Sprint 75/50
400 Meter Run
Rest 3 mins between rounds (with the 3 minute rest periods...this is a 30 min workout.)

Doing even half of one and half of the other...or just all of one or the other...is still a great workout...so...do what you can or all of it.
