On 8 min Clock:
40 Hang Squat Cleans 115/75
30 Bar Facing Burpees
30 Pull Ups
40 Hang Power Snatches 95/65
Rest 4 Mins then
On 8 min Clock:
40 Push Presses 115/75
4 Rope Climbs
40 Toes 2 Bar
40 Overhead Squats 95/65
One partner works as the other partner rests. Break up reps as you wish. 10-10-10-10 works great on 40 rep total. Strategize for your partner to do more of the movements they are better at (rope climbs, toe 2 bar, etc…). Each Cluster has an 8 min clock to complete the 4 movements. The faster you finish the more rest you get. If the clock runs out and the team is not finished they most stop. There is a 4 min rest between Clusters. Scale accordingly to complete the cluster within the 8 minute deadline. If it works for you and your partner...you may even hand off the barbell to each other.
