5 barbell pushups
7 lateral over the bar tuck jumps
(On the cleans...it's suggessted that you squat clean if you can...to work on being comfortable getting under a bar well.)
Then
WOD #2 -- 5 rounds of:
9 toes to bar
11 pullups
13 DU's (39 singles)
Clock stops after last DU
CASH OUT: Collect one minute in an L-sit/tuck sit hold on the paralletes or the rings if you're capable.
