20 Bar Facing Burpees*
*This is 2014 CrossFit Open WOD 14.4 - which was a max time of 14 Min and Ring MU's instead of burpees.
Those that did this workout last winter during the Open...look up your time and see if you can get more reps done in the 14 minutes than before. Then, continue until finished or reaching time cap. If you can do Ring MU's...do that instead of the burpees.
