Hey CF Hot Springs! Miss WODing at your box already!!! Yesterday we did EVA....seemed like an eternity. Have fun today...seems pretty intense.

Billy...I'm going to assume you aren't aware but all CrossFit Gyms are referred to as "Boxes." If that was an attempt at comedy...50 burpees for you the first time you step into CrossFit Hot Springs. When are you getting to Hot Springs? More importantly...did you get a Yahoo or GMail account yet or other free email service?

Hey Carlton...I don't envy you tangling with that shameless hussy "EVA." She's a mean one...but aren't all the girls? Except for maybe "ANNIE." Yes...Wednesdays was pretty awful...got through in 16:33. How did you fair with EVA?

My first time with EVA= 50mins 57sec not Rx'd....I used a band for the pull ups.

Billy wanted me to tell you that he want be there for ahwile, he got put in jail after a bar fight outside Denver. He doesnt go before judge until the end of Febuary, please dont give up on him, he really needs to be involved in something, he doesnt like when people judge him
